1      EC & EC Reverse Dot - Batter Drum Heads



A controlled sound but with resonance and sensitivity at all tuning and dynamic ranges, EC Snare head combines two-plies of film (6.5mil external, 10mil internal) with Evan's 'Edge Control' technology to eliminate the mid-range frequencies that muddy up the mix, leaving crisp highs and deep lows. The reverse dot version lends added durability and accentuated attack without choking the overall sound.

 

 

Warm, woody, and dense, with a controlled sustain, The EC1 is a 14 mil single-ply head with the Edge Control ring mounted on the underside to eliminate unwanted mid-range frequencies and enhance attack. The extra film thickness extends durability while maintain the stick response of a single-ply.

 

 

 

The Genera is a 10mil single-ply with the fat spread of a double-ply. A 2mil overtone control ring on the underside controls excessive overtones, promotes a shorter sound, and equalizes tuning.

 

 

The Genera HD yields an aggressive rimshot and balanced response. This durable two-ply head (7.5mil external, 5mil internal) with 2mil overtone control ring barks live, yet is ideal for the studio.

 

 

Using an exclusive 12mil film made especially for Evans, the G-Plus delivers the open and warm tone of a single-ply while the added thickness provides increased durability, attack, and projection for hard hitters. On snare, the head produces a definitive crack while maintaining an ambient sound.

 

6      G1 Coated - Batter Drum Heads

 

The G1 blends a bright tone, sustain, and sensitivity. This 10mil single-ply sets the standard for an open and expressive sound.

 

 

With a fat attack and open sustain, the G2 is a two-ply head (7mil each) featuring extraordinary consistency and durability. It offers a great blend of depth, sustain, focus, and attack. It makes any snare sizzle and crack.

 

 

The Onyx tom heads are designed with two plies of 7.5 mil film that will deliver enhanced durability while making the drums cut live. A micro-clear coating gives the Onyx heads a matte black appearance, produces more low-end and a punchier attack.

9      Power Center & Power Center Reverse Dot - Batter Drum Heads 

The 10mil single-ply Power Center offers durability and focus in the center via a 5mil patch. Unique slots in the 5" diameter dot allow it to flex, keeping the head open at the edges and free to vibrate at any dynamic level.
